TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A man is in custody after the Tallahassee Police Department says he attacked a man with a sword.
Police are saying that Tyrone Jordan attacked Dilland Powell with a sword after an argument. Powell's brother was able to intervene and according to the police report, Powell may not have survived the attack without his help.
Dilland was taken to the hospital with a stab wound in his back and a major laceration to his left arm, according to police.
According to the report released by police, doctors say that Dilland will potentially lose most function of his arm because of the injury.
Police say Jordan was arrested for attempted felony murder and taken to the Leon County Jail.
