CITRA, Fla. (WTXL) - A Florida man has been arrested after he admitted he was a "sick man" for having sex with his family's miniature horse.
Nicholas Sardo, 21, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, several witnesses reported they saw Sardo having sex with a male horse named Jackie G in a pasture on his family member’s property.
Deputies said Sardo admitted to having sex with the horse and added that he had sex with the horse four times during the course of a week.
He stated he used a condom each time because he didn't want to get a disease from the horse. Sardo told deputies he knew he was wrong for what he did and that he was a "sick man."
Sardo is being charged with four counts of bestiality/sexual contact with an animal.
One of Sardo’s family members is the owner of the horse and the horse is currently under their care.
