SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - A lunch lady at a school in Hillsborough County did not stand idly by when a little girl was getting bullied.
According to the sheriff's office, Sayeda, a young student at Reddick Elementary School, was being bullied for wearing her hair short. When her lunch lady, Mrs. Carol, found out, she decided to do something about it - and get her hair cut too.
Mrs. Carol hopes to show Sayeda's classmates that hair doesn't change who you are as a person.
