(WTXL) Florida - Florida Governor Rick Scott released new job numbers today for the month of June.
Florida created 36,900 private sector jobs last month. This is the single highest month of private-sector job creation since Governor Scott took office.
The state wide unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is down .1% since May. Governor Scott says this news is great for Florida families and that the state continues to have great success with its economic recovery.
