Florida A&M employee accused of inappropriate conduct

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Early this afternoon, November 8, the school of Developmental Research at FAMU held a conference call and released a letter  regarding alleged inappropriate conduct involving a current employee and several students at the high school.

Wednesday afternoon, a spokesperson for the Developmental Research School told several media outlets about the alleged incident after the school received reports about the behavior of one of it's employees.

Kirk Gavin, the superintendent sent a letter to parents, dated November 6th informing them of an investigation by the police and the Department of Children and Families.

In the letter, Gavin says, "the FAMU-DRS employee has been placed on leave pending the outcome of this investigation and is not allowed on FAMU-DRS property."
