THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)--The Thomasville Police Department says they've had about 23 burglaries in the last 60 days, and the burglars are targeting one item in particular.

Lieutenant Maurice Holmes says about 85-percent of what's been taken are flat screen TVs. The burglaries have been happening in the northwest and southeast areas of town.

He says they are looking for information that leads to an arrest or recovery of the property. If you know anything, you could receive a $100 reward.

He says in most cases the suspects have been going to the back side of house and breaking in through a window or door.

If you have any information, call the police department at 229-227-7073.
