TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida Governor Rick Scott issues an order to fly the state and U.S. flags at local, state and federal buildings as well as installations and grounds in the state at half-staff tomorrow in honor and remembrance of the Oregon shooting victims.

They will remain at half-staff until sunset.
