TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. But now, a five-minute test can help figure our your risk, right from your keyboard.
ABC News reports that this new technology is the result of Harvard Researchers, who studied nearly 100,000 people for twenty years, watching for heart attack and stroke.
They've now developed a "healthy heart score" that estimates how risky your day-to-day habits are, and how good you are at protecting your heart.
According to the research, an overall healthy lifestyle may prevent more than 75-percent cardiovascular disease deaths.
