NEWPORT NEWS, VA (RNN) – Pacifiers usually don’t have a long life with their young owners, who are still learning the fine art of coordination.
A catfish at the Virginia Living Museum in Newport News, VA, didn’t mind.
When a guest dropped one into his tank, he became the proud, if temporary, owner.
“Our albino catfish received some quality enrichment,” the museum wrote on its Facebook page.
Perhaps to the fish’s disappointment, museum employees retrieved the pacifier and returned it.
