TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The first phase of renovations has been completed at the Governor's Square Mall. The multi-million dollar renovation focused on interior updates.
The updates included new tile and paint, energy-efficient lighting, new food court furnishings and soft seating areas.
Phase two of the renovations will start in February. This phase will bring energy efficient light to the mall's entrances, as well as updated property-wide signage. Restrooms will also be seeing renovations.
The mall says that all major work will and has been completed outside of mall operating hours "to ensure minimum disturbance to visitors."
