MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL)--A former Midway Fire Department volunteer is now in prison for engaging in sexual acts with a minor.
41-year old Charles David Owens is serving a 15 year sentence for more than 50 felony counts including lewd or lascivious molestation, battery, and possession of child pornography.
Owens was arrested in June 2012 after deputies say he solicited a 14-year old child.
