BROOKS COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating after a house fire in Brooks County was ruled an arson.
According to the State Fire Marshal's Office, the fire happened around 11:52 p.m. on Williford Street in Morven, Ga. and started from outside the home.
The fire heavily damaged the home and no injuries were reported, Fire Commissioner Ralph Hudgens said.
Anyone with any information about this fire is asked to call the Georgia Arson Hotline at 1-800-282-5804 and callers may choose to remain anonymous.
Rewards of up to $10,000 will be given for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the arsonist(s).
The Brooks County Fire Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are assisting with the investigation.
