TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The filmmakers of a documentary on sexual assault are now firing back at Florida State University President John Thrasher.
"The Hunting Ground" details allegations made by former FSU student Erica Kinsman, who claims she was sexually assaulted by Jameis Winston.
Thrasher recently criticized its creators, saying the film was one-sided and that the university never got a chance to the respond to the allegations.
The filmmakers tell the Washington Post, not only did they reach out to the school before the film's premiere, they kept the film open for edits for almost two months.
