TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A crash on North Monroe just off I-10 exit 199 left a person injured Thursday morning.
Two witness on the scene said a white vehicle appearing to be a work truck hit a young man riding a bike and fled the scene.
One witness stayed with the victim, and the other witness ran behind the truck and got information about it.
