JEFFERSON COUNTY, FL -- Authorities in Jefferson County are searching for a man they say crashed his SUV and then ran off on foot.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. Sunday when Florida Highway Patrol troopers say 28-year old Keith Matthews took a curve too fast on County Road 158A.
Matthew’s 2003 GMC Sonoma then hit an embankment before going airborne and flipping.
Troopers say he then exited the SUV and ran away.
