LAFAYETTE CO., Fla. -- The Florida Highway Patrol is asking motorists to drive with care near a brush fire in Lafayette County.
FHP and the Division of Forestry are monitoring a one acre brush fire in the area of State Road 51 and Chicken Pen Road in Lafayette County.
Drivers traveling in this area are asked to drive carefully by reducing their speed and using low beam headlights in areas of reduced visibility.
