GADSDEN COUNTY, FL -- One man is dead after a fatal crash late Monday night in Gadsden County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 51-year old Robert Hodge of Bristol was driving west on County Road 274 at Sally Brown Road around 11 p.m. Monday.
That’s when investigators say, for unknown reasons, his truck began to drift out of its lane.
Troopers say Hodge over-corrected, causing him to swerve across several lanes before eventually flipping the truck, throwing him out upon impact.
Hodge was pronounced dead on scene.
