TAYLOR COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Crawfordville man was arrested on drug charges by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper who pulled him over for driving erratically.
Matthew J. Warnock, 20, made sudden and rapid lane changes and rode on the shoulder of the roadway, the FHP trooper wrote in a news release.
Warnock smelled of marijuana, and a mason jar in plain view next to the passenger's seat was filled with a green leafy substance, later determined to be marijuana, the trooper wrote of the Dec. 30, 2017, arrest.
The marijuana weighed 34 grams, the trooper said. Also seized during the stop were 1.5 grams of hash oil and five items of drug paraphernalia.
