TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida Department of Health (FDOH) has released a revised rule for carrying out a law that allows a form of medical marijuana in the state.
The rule has faced widespread questions from a legislative committee and business people as well as attorneys interested in getting into the industry.
Medical marijuana has been a hot topic all year and will continue until Floridians make their way to the polls this November.
