Tallahassee, Fla (WTXL) -- FDLE Needs your help with information on a young California man James Norris, aka Richard Gunning, who came to Florida in October 1974 to buy a quantity of marijuana.
His remains were found a year and a half later in the woods near Perry, but not identified until 2011.
FDLE investigators believe that there are still people in the area between Citrus County and Taylor County who may be able to shed light on this case and bring closure to the young man's family.
