SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an unsolved Missing Child Alert for Jessica Vargas Beatriz.
Reports says Jessica has been missing from Sanford, Fla since 2006. Jessica was 4 years old when she went missing from the area of the 2500 block of South Oak Avenue.
Investigators say she would be 15 years old now, white/Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes. She could be in danger.
Authorities say the child is likely to be in the company of Leticia Lizbeth Beatriz-Martinez.
They could have traveled out of state, possibly to Mexico, New York City, or California.
