FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating an officer involved shooting in Franklin County.
According to FDLE, the shooting happened Friday evening.
The deputy wasn't injured and the suspect was shot and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Officials say FCSO is handling the criminal investigation.
The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released later.
