FBI searching for fugitive with ties to Georgia

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Maryland (WTXL) The FBI is searching for a murder suspect with ties to the Atlanta area.

Federal investigators, along with the Prince George's County Police Department and Metropolitan Police Department looking for Kahlil Malik Tatum.  Tatum has been charged by the U.S. Attorney General's Maryland office for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.  Prince George’s County Police charged Tatum in the murder of his wife Andrea Denise Tatum.

Tatum is described as a black man, 5’7” tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He has a distinctive tattoo on his left upper arm. He is believed to be traveling with 8-year-old Relisha Tenau Rudd. She is described as a black girl, weighing about 70 to 80 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.

The FBI says Tatum has ties in the Atlanta area, and could potentially be moving through or hiding in Georgia.  Anyone who sees Tatum or Relisha Rudd is urged to call 911, or 1-800-CALL-FBI.

If you see Tatum or Relisha, call 911 immediately. You can also contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.  The FBI is offering a reward of $25,000 for information leading to the recovery of Relisha, and a separate $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Tatum.
