JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Florida Highway Patrol report on a fatal crash happening in Jackson County on Monday, June 5 at approximately 8:15 p.m.
It happened at the intersection of US 90 on Wynn Street in Marianna, Fla.
Troopers say Charles Peterson, 65, drove into the path of another car driven by 58 year old, Jessie Blanchette.
Troopers say Blanchette was unable to stop and collided with the car.
She was taken to Jackson Hospital where she later died.
Peterson sustained minor injuries.
