TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- An accident in Suwannee County has claimed the lives of two people.
94-year old Clarence Clements and 35-year old Michael Lowman were killed in the crash.
It happened around 5 p.m yesterday evening on US-90. Troopers say Clements was trying to pass another car when he crashed head on with Lowman's pick-up truck. According to authorities, neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
