Tallahassee, FL (#WTXLdigital) -- Farm-fresh food, barnyard animals, hayrides, wine tasting and a beekeeping workshop are all things you can find at New Leaf's Farm Tour.
Every year New Leaf sponsors a weekend where local farmers invite the community to experience farm life.
The event takes place October 25th-26th with different workshops and seminars at 34 farms in the area.
Farmers from Orchard Pond Organics, a participating farm, say the event gives them a chance to show the community what exactly their farms offer.
"New Leaf Farm Tour is a great day to have an open house. We are just concentrated on the public. We're here to give them information and they want to learn and see where there food is grown" said Sarah Pierce, Orchard Pond's CSA manager.
