- 12 oz. New York Strip
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup sliced oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Grill your New York strip to your liking. The trick to cooking mushrooms is to add your olive oil to the pan until smoking hot. Once hot, add your mushrooms, sealing the moisture inside of the mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper and serve over your New York strip.
