TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Several organizations are partnering today for the finale of 10 week program through FAMU's College of Engineering Program.

According to officials, the Retreat Program gives participants the opportunity to work with leading experts and be trained on the utilization and manufacture and characterization of multi-scale and multi-functional advanced composites.

Friday, participants presented what they learned and their final projects for an Entrepreneurship competition.

Friday's winner was Jeriah Bankson from Whithworth University in Washington.

She introduced a LED light that can be used for laser treatments and infrared technology.
