TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida A&M University (FAMU) President Dr. Elmira Mangum is flashing a new set of keys.
Monday, Dr. Mangum received the key to the city of Tampa from their Mayor Bob Buckhorn.
Mangum had been in Tampa for the FAMU National Alumni Association convention over the weekend.
This isn't her first time getting those big honors.
Earlier in May, Mangum received the key to the city of Durham, North Carolina.
