TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - FAMU Board of Trustees will discuss FAMU President Elmira Mangum's evaluation at their meeting on Thursday, August 6th.

A special committee will bring the evaluation to the full board after Magnum gives her president's report.

The preliminary evaluation of the FAMU president was released on the school's website July 16th. Mangum, who has been the school's president since last April was assessed in ten categories.

In the evaluation report, five of the 12 trustees said Mangum did not meet expectations in more than five categories. Some of these categories included organizational management, personal characteristics and values, and internal relations.

Magnum also conducted her own evaluation and rated herself as either meeting or exceeding expectations in all categories.
