TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Florida A&M University has not only returned on Forbes Magazine's list of best colleges in the South but has now also appeared on its lists for best research universities and best public colleges.
Universities and colleges that appear on the Forbes lists are recognized for providing their students with the best return-on-investment. According to a press release, colleges and universities were judged on categories like post-graduate success, student debt and student satisfaction.
"The additional recognition as a best college in the South, and the acknowledgment of our work as a research institution and public university speaks volumes about the united efforts of the FAMU community to move forward in realizing our vision of being a best-in-class university with a global impact," said President Elmira Mangum.
