TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Florida A&M University cooperated with the Biology Student Organization here to help bring some lucky students from Nims Middle School to receive some early Christmas gifts.
"Donaters were very happy and I'm very very pleased we did it again this year and it was very successful", said Lekan Latinwo, chairman of the Biology Department at FAMU.
Overall, there was a festive atmosphere with family, friends, smiles, and some Christmas music to get everyone in the Holiday spirit.
This is the fifth year that FAMU and the Biology Student Organization cooperated with each other for such a drive and they are happy with the result.
