TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - Florida A&M University President Doctor Elmira Mangum has filled another spot on her leadership team.
She has hired veteran CFO Dale Cassidy as the University's Vice President for Finance and Administration. Cassidy is replacing Teresa Hardee who resigned in the fall of 2012.
Joe Bakker has served as the interim for the past two years.
Cassidy held the same position at the University of Texas in Odessa. He is scheduled to start no later than October 27, 2014.
