FAMU DRS to play in ESPN Showcase against Deion Sanders and Trinity Christian

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A familiar face will be visiting Tallahassee in September.

Trinity Christian will be facing off against FAMU DRS on Friday, September 7th at 7 p.m. during week two of the 2018 GEICO ESPN High School Football Showcase. The game will be played at Bragg Stadium.

Deion Sanders is Offensive Coordinator at Trinity Christian. His son is on the team.

Deion "Primetime" Sanders attended Florida State University, where he was recognized  as a two-time All-American in football. Sanders went on to play in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons, the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Washington Redskins, and the Baltimore Ravens, winning the Super Bowl with both the 49ers and the Cowboys.

Sanders also works as an analyst for CBS Sports and the NFL Network.
