TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - FAMU's department of Sociology and Criminal Justice and the FAMU cooperative extension program kicked off the first of four community forums.
On Thursday the community discussed topics about how to be a successful entrepreneur, start a business, and how to properly apply for a business license.
The forum moderator says these discussion bring great importance and expertise to those who attended.
"Our panelist are men and women who have created their own businesses, so they can talk first-hand about business creation, what it takes to be a successful business," said Keith Parker, the event moderator.
