LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The body of a Texas DJ who went missing trying to help evacuate Harvey victims has been recovered.
According to family members, the body Alonso "DJ Ocho" Guillen was found Sunday.
Guillen, 31 of Lufkin, Tomas Carreon and another friend had left Tuesday afternoon to help rescue stranded Harvey victims. On Wednesday, the radio station Y-100 Your Country Choice reported on their Facebook page that their boat had capsized after entering water with heavy currents.
Family members said Guillen;'s body was found in the same spot Carreon's was found Friday.
One of the men was able to hang on to a tree long enough to be rescued. He was recovered a mile from where the boat had capsized.
