TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - Friends and families came together to celebrate their little ones.
Early Steps of Children's Home Society of Florida held its 6th bi-annual graduation ceremony. The graduation was for newborns to 36 months, who have developmental delays. The first graduation took place three years ago. 50 children graduated in this weekend's ceremony.
Early steps offers speech, physical, occupational therapies, and early intervention services.
