CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Apparently Nik Wallenda isn't the only talented performer in the family.
Erendira Wallenda, Nik's wife, wowed the crowd at Charlotte Motor Speedway yesterday for the Bank of America 500 race.
Wallenda showed she could hang with the best of them, swinging from an aerial ring attached to a helicopter without a harness or safety device.
For part of the spectacle, she only used her feet to hang on.
Nik Wallenda is a world-famous stuntman known for tightrope walks and amazing stunts like walking across the Grand Canyon at 1,500 feet and Niagara Falls. The Wallendas live in Sarasota and have generations of family in the area.
