TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Florida Governor Rick Scott signs a bill that raises county elections supervisors' salaries by an average of 18 percent.
It will cost $1.2 million statewide.
The salaries will be based on the population of the county that the supervisor serves.
The measure will take effect October 1.
