(WTXL) - Tuesday is Election Day in Georgia again.
Voters will decide on the Secretary of State and the Public Service Commission.
Meanwhile, Georgia's Secretary of State has extended the deadline for accepting absentee ballots for Tuesday's runoff.
The Democratic party filed a federal lawsuit Thursday asking for an extension, saying at least 65 counties waited too long to send out absentees for the runoff.
The proposed consent order submitted to the court Friday says absentee ballots postmarked by December 4th and received by the 7th will be counted.
