TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Leon County becomes the tenth county in Florida to enact a Children's Services Council.

The ballot initiative passed with 66 percent voting in favor of the Council.

The CSC was one of the most contested items on the ballot in Leon County as the money to fund it will come from property taxes, costing Leon County voters around $8 million a year.
