QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A car accident claimed the life of an elderly Quincy woman Thursday night.
Florida Highway Patrol says Mary Hill was on County Road 268, when her car left the roadway and hit an embankment.
The car then overturned and ended up in a nearby ditch.
Hill, 79, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say no other cars were involved and Hill was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
