Just days after the controversial movie "The Interview" was finally released..another movie gets cut from the big screen.
The 20th Century Fox movie "Exodus: Gods and Kings" has been banned in Egypt.
The movie stars Christian Bales, as Moses, and depicts the biblical story of the Jews escaping slavery 30,000 years ago.
However, the Egyptian Ministry of Culture is stopping the film's release, claiming it shows historical inaccuracies.
Egyptian Culture Minister Jabir Asfour slams the film accusing it of showing a Zionist viewpoint and fabricates historical events.
"Exodus" is the latest in Hollywood's string of religious-themed movies released this year.
"Noah" was released in March and was banned in several Muslim countries because the depiction of Noah is forbidden in Islam.
