TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee's old electric building has been transformed into a restaurant, and it's almost ready for its official unveiling.
Construction is in full-swing at the building, located next to cascades park.
The owner and founder of the Edison Restaurant, Adam Corey, says he's already hired about 60 people, and they're still looking for more employees.
The location will house a restaurant, beer garden, smoothie bar, and another location of Catalina Coffee.
Corey says there will be of soft opening of the restaurant in mid-September and the grand opening will be in October.
