GEORGIA (wtxl) - Early voting numbers in Georgia show a high turnout at the polls.
According to the Secretary of State, data shows the total number of ballots cast was more than 440,000.
More than 379,000 of those ballots were in person. Just shy of 42,000 of those votes were on Saturday, and of those, more than 12,000 were in person yesterday.
Nearly 61,000 ballots came in by mail, and there are still around 51,000 mail-in ballots outstanding.
The top five counties with the highest turnout: Fulton County, DeKalb County, Cobb County, Gwinnett County, and Henry County.
