Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL) - "Dreamers" immigrant group members will not face immediate deportation as Trump administration decides instead to seek a legislative solution.

More than 750,000 child immigrants have received Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.  More than 30,300 immigrant "Dreamers" reside in Florida.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) began legislation in 2012 seeking their deportation.  An executive order from the Obama administration then prevented legislative action.

Trumps administration vowed to pursue further deportation action. Trump has since backed down from immediately overturning Obama's orders.
