TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - All this summer, Domi Station is offering a program geared at getting more women involved in tech.

Every Wednesday, women can try co-working for free at the tech incubator.

"Women Wednesday" hopes to give women the opportunity to gain confidence, knowledge, and connections in the tech world.

The CEO of Point Catcher, a Tallahassee startup, began the program because she says she does not see enough females involved in entrepreneurship and startups.

As a part of "Women Wednesday", from 1 to 4 each Wednesday, Domi's services will be free.

"If you think about technology, it's one of the fastest growing fields of opportunity and women are one of the fastest growing groups of successful entrepreneurs, so you need to put those two things together," explains Barbara Wescott, CEO of Point Catcher. "If you're doing your own start-up company, sometimes it's very hard to do that on your own. So if you can just put yourself in proximity to others that are doing the same things, and connect to other people and resources and talents, the likelihood of success is just so much greater."

Each week, a new speaker will share their wisdom at 2 p.m.

No sign up is needed to participate.
