MILTON, Fla. (AP) — Sheriff's deputies say a dog was fatally stabbed after biting four people during a domestic dispute in the Florida Panhandle.
The attack happened Saturday morning in Milton, which is near Pensacola.
According to the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office, four people at the home were taken to the hospital. There conditions were not available.
The Northwest Florida Daily News (http://bit.ly/15KCNcA ) reports the dog became agitated during a domestic argument at the home. The dog bit someone who tried to put it outside. It was let back into the house and bit someone else. Someone put it outside again, and when it was let into the house again, it bit someone else.
Deputies say that's when the dog was cornered and fatally stabbed.
Officials are investigating.
