Doctors Memorial Hospital Without Running Water
PERRY, Fla. (WTXL) - Doctors Memorial Hospital is turning away patients due to a complication in their water system.
According to DMH's Facebook page, they says they were going through an upgrade to the water system when an 'unforseen complication' resulted in a delay to the restoration of water to the hospital.
Doctors Memorial is diverting all patients from the emergency room to other hospitals in the area.
They expect for the water to get restored by Saturday at noon.
Meanwhile, WTXL received calls Friday night from concerned citizens about the safety of hospital staff and emergency personel who are still working during this.
WTXL tried calling the hospital, but nobody answered.
