WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Survivors may now visit the State/FEMA Disaster Recovery Center in Wakulla County.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management and FEMA will open additional centers in affected Big Bend counties in the coming days.

The centers offer in-person support to individuals and businesses in counties designated in the Florida federal disaster declaration for Hurricane Michael.

Representatives from the State of Florida, FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and other organizations are at the centers to explain available assistance programs and help connect survivors with resources that best match their recovery needs.

The center is located at Community One Stop 318 Shadeville Highway in Crawfordville. Its hours are Sunday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm local time.
